Inspired by the principles of BIM (Building Information Modeling), BIMTLY takes the concept further by extending digital modeling to all types of products, not just those in the construction sector. Every product can have its own digital replica enriched with key information throughout its entire lifecycle — from design and presentation to usage and maintenance.

The platform is built on a no/low-code approach, enabling easy use, fast implementation, and high scalability without requiring large technical teams on the client side. BIMTLY brings professional-grade solutions within reach of small and medium-sized manufacturers, supporting digital transformation across the industry.


Your Role

As our Sales & Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and uncovering new market opportunities. Your key responsibilities include:


Sales & Acquisition

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Proactively researching markets and recognizing new business opportunities
  • Conducting sales negotiations and closing contracts
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Supporting early-stage marketing efforts

Business Development

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies for selected market segments
  • Conducting market, industry, and competitive analysis
  • Suggesting improvements in sales processes and commercial strategy

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Working closely with marketing and the technical team
  • Participating in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and platform demos
  • Providing feedback from clients and reporting on market needs

Brand Representation

  • Representing BIMTLY at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Actively promoting the BIMTLY platform within target industries


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably B2B, SaaS, or tech sector)
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and negotiation techniques
  • Proactive mindset, independence, and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bonus: experience in tech, manufacturing, or architecture/construction industries
  • Proficient English
