Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Advocate at Thomson Technologies. The Sales Advocate will support sales efforts by communicating with prospective and existing clients, providing high-level customer service, conducting product training, and managing the sales process. Additional responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive deals and achieve performance goals
- Experience in Training and providing product knowledge to clients or team members
- Self-motivated and collaborative personality with the ability to thrive in a remote working environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling data-driven sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with connectivity solutions or telecom industry experience is a plus
