Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Safety Officer. The Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety practices, implementing safety policies, conducting safety training sessions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Daily tasks will include performing accident investigations, monitoring occupational health standards, and enhancing security measures across operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health standards
Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and addressing safety-related concerns
Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs
Understanding of Security protocols and risk mitigation strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently within a remote setting
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus
