Are you an experienced actuary ready to lead next-generation pricing strategies? We’re looking for a Lead Actuary to help spearhead a transformational effort to modernize auto pricing across a high-impact product line. You’ll work on forward-thinking class plan design, advanced analytics, and cross-functional initiatives that shape pricing performance at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive the full lifecycle of modern pricing methodologies for Auto products, from conceptual design to implementation and monitoring.
Lead high-level actuarial strategy projects involving modeling, pricing, reserving, and statistical analysis to support critical business outcomes.
Act as a technical and thought leader across business units, influencing pricing strategy and guiding high-impact initiatives.
Oversee vendor relationships and work closely with technology teams to optimize platforms and actuarial tools.
Translate complex analysis into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovation-forward team environment.

You’ll Bring

ACAS with 8+ years of actuarial experience, or FCAS with 6+ years of relevant work.
Strong command of statistical tools, modeling methods, and analytical platforms (Python, R, SQL, SAS, etc.).
Demonstrated success leading actuarial or analytical initiatives across multiple functions or product areas.
Expert-level knowledge in Auto pricing, class plan development, and rate analysis.
Experience working with executive teams and translating data into strategic business insights.

Bonus Points For

Experience coaching and mentoring analysts and developing high-performing teams.
Familiarity with cutting-edge pricing strategies and regulatory environments in personal lines.
