  • Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate insights that inform product development and rate filings.
  • Design and refine actuarial models and processes, with an eye toward automation and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, underwriting, and tech teams to solve business challenges.
  • Communicate technical findings and strategic implications to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead or contribute to internal initiatives to improve forecasting, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Use tools like Python, SQL, R, SAS, or BI platforms to support analysis and reporting efforts.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of actuarial or analytical experience in the insurance industry.
  • Near-ACAS (no more than two exams remaining) with all VEE requirements completed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with personal lines products, especially property insurance.
  • Working knowledge of industry tools and best practices in pricing, reserving, or catastrophe risk.
  • Proficiency in analytical programming languages and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience translating technical insights for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Earnix, or similar rating/pricing platforms.
  • Experience supporting new product launches in a regulated environment.
  • Background in property pricing or rate filing across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Military affiliation (veteran or spouse/domestic partner of military personnel) is a plus.

Why Join?

  • Remote-first flexibility – work from anywhere in the continental U.S.
  • Competitive compensation range: $103,450 – $197,730, based on experience and location.
  • Performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Industry-leading 401(k) match, pension, paid time off, volunteer hours, adoption assistance, and wellness resources.
  • Career development pathways and support for continuing education.

Be part of a team that values data-driven thinking, strategic insight, and a shared mission to protect what matters most. If you're ready to grow your actuarial expertise in a purpose-led organization, we encourage you to apply today.
