Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Research Consultant to support the work of onshore senior researchers in the delivery of high-quality research projects. Across all projects, you will be involved in research analysis, reporting and delivery. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for translating insights into visually impactful reports and presentations that projects leads can effectively communicate back to our clients.

Requirements:

An experienced research professional.
A minimum of three years’ online survey experience, specifically the analysis of online survey data, are essential for this role
Specific experience with online survey software such as Qualtrics or Forsta would be highly desirable, particularly the reporting and automation functionality in these products
You’ll need to be an expert in Excel and PowerPoint (SPSS or Q is also plus)
Self-motivated and comfortable with working independently and structuring your own activities to deliver projects on time
Professional, articulate and compelling in day-to-day interactions with the onshore team
Able to work cooperatively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly and customer satisfaction continues to lead to great client retention.
Comfortable working alongside the senior management team to support project rollouts with new clients

Work Arrangement:

Work Setup: WFH
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work
