The Role

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor at Evolution you will be reporting directly to the Evolution directors. We pride ourselves on our industry leading new employer outcomes, and our Rehabilitation Counsellors are crucial to achieving this. We work with a range of clients who need your support and expertise to establish their employment goals; navigate change; and find rewarding and healthy new employment pathways. We value not only your professional skills but also your life experience.

Our Rehabilitation Counsellors complete vocational assessments and adjustment to injury counselling, working closely with our injury management consultant team. If your passion is workplace rehabilitation you will also be responsible for the full range of workplace rehabilitation and assessment services, and strategically manage a varied caseload. We provide a comprehensive tailored induction and provide ongoing mentoring and development opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Have tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling (with full ASORC membership) or Registered Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration).
Have previous experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
