DVL Media (PTY) Ltd is a South African full-service digital agency delivering high-performance websites, branding systems, videography, marketing solutions, and business automation tools.

We operate under a centralized delivery model supported by our internal management system, Pulse, ensuring structured onboarding, controlled pricing, and scalable execution nationwide.

DVL is expanding regionally and building a network of performance-driven Regional Sales Partners.


Role Overview

This is a commission-based independent contractor role.

This is not a salaried position.

The Regional Sales Partner is responsible for:

Generating outbound leads

Booking and conducting discovery calls

Closing deals within approved pricing structures

Logging all sales activity within DVL’s CRM system (Pulse)

Expanding DVL’s footprint within their designated region


DVL handles:

Pricing control

Proposal approval

Contracts and invoicing

Delivery execution

Client onboarding and fulfillment


You sell. We build.


Compensation Structure

8% – 15% commission (tier-based on monthly performance)

Uncapped earnings

Commission paid on collected revenue

No income ceiling


Your output determines your income.


Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is suited to individuals who:

Are confident in outbound sales

Can handle rejection and pressure

Are motivated by performance-based income

Are self-disciplined and activity-driven

Want flexible working hours

Are comfortable working independently


Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-pressure sales environments is advantageous.

Formal degrees are not required.

Results are.


This Role Is NOT For

Individuals seeking fixed salary security

Passive "order takers"

Those uncomfortable with commission-based models

Individuals unwilling to log activity within a structured CRM system



Preferred Skills

Strong communication and persuasion ability

Experience in sales or business development

Basic understanding of digital services (web, branding, marketing) is beneficial

Ability to follow structured pricing and approval processes
