Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager: North India will oversee sales operations within the North India region, building and managing client relationships and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, executing market expansion plans, and conducting regular client follow-ups. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team for customized solutions and staying updated on market trends. This is a full-time, remote position.


Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Customer relationship management and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the Home Care and Personal Care industries, including knowledge of raw materials and formulation trends.
  • Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in technical sales or prior exposure to chemical or cosmetic industries is highly desirable.
  • Min. 7 years of Experience in Personal and Home care industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Cosmetics, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
