About Vollwert Concept
Vollwert Concept is a boutique furniture brand based in Vienna. We create handcrafted, sustainable pieces with unique design and long-lasting quality — built to last 20+ years. Our production is based in Izmir, Turkey. We are now expanding across Europe by building a strong international sales network.
What You’ll Do
- Promote our furniture online and offline through your personal and professional network
- Refer customers to our online store
- Reach out to designers, architects, and business clients for larger orders
- Share visuals, lookbooks, and product details with interested leads
- Operate independently, with full flexibility in your schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for sustainable design, interiors, or craftsmanship
- Background or interest in sales, marketing, or customer relationships
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-management ability
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- Sales experience is welcome, but not required — we value personality, curiosity, and motivation
Commission and Growth
- 10% commission on individual customer sales
- Up to 15% commission on bulk or business orders
- Optional 3% override on your recruited sales team
- Remote freelance role with full flexibility
- Clear growth path toward strategic roles in Austria
- Up to 5% company share for top-performing partners
