Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Director in the Automotive division. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales, leading regional sales operations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a high-performing team, and identifying business development opportunities. The role requires data analysis, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction
  • Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
