Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Director in the Automotive division. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales, leading regional sales operations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a high-performing team, and identifying business development opportunities. The role requires data analysis, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a results-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
