Compensation:

Compensation Structure:
- Initial Cooperation Period: Commission-only (highly competitive placement commissions).
- Upon First Successful Placement(s): Transition to a base salary, plus a comprehensive bonus/commission scheme based on placements and performance, based on mutual interest.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to closing the vacancy (JD creation, search, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Proactive candidate sourcing (direct search) using various channels: LinkedIn, specialized platforms, internal databases, referrals, networking.
- Actively build and maintain a talent pool of candidates with active security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, clearance constraints, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Assuming full responsibility for recruitment documentation in collaboration with Candidates.
- Ensure a high-quality, transparent candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions for various roles (Сloud engineers, Сyber security engineers, DevOps, System Engineers, etc.).
- Experience recruiting in Europe (Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands preferred).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
- Experience working with candidates who hold Security Clearance or are eligible for clearance is a strong advantage
- Fluent English. Knowledge of an additional language (German, French, Dutch, Romanian) will be a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
