About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring operations for our global engineering teams. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across India, Romania, and the UK, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience and accurate tracking of recruitment data.

This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing recruitment workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones (India, Romania, UK).
  • Manage candidate communication including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
  • Support sourcing and initial candidate screening for engineering roles.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters on pipeline updates and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly hiring dashboards, funnel reports, and status updates.
  • Handle candidate documentation, data entry, and compliance checks.
  • Assist with tech assessment coordination and follow-ups.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
  • Experience supporting engineering or technical hiring preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ATS tools, and shared drives.
  • Ability to work across global time zones when needed.
