Recruitment & Operations Lead

Remote | Full-Time | Philippines Preferred (3-Month Build Phase)


We’re hiring someone to take full ownership of recruitment inside a fast-moving remote agency.


This is not a support role.


You won’t be assisting another recruiter or waiting for instructions. You’ll be responsible for running the hiring process end-to-end, improving how it works, and helping us build a stronger team as we grow.


You’ll work directly with the Founder and play a key role in shaping how recruitment operates going forward.


Compensation


$1,150–$1,450/month depending on experience, with clear progression based on performance during the initial 3-month build phase.


The Role


You’ll take ownership of recruitment from application through to hire.


Some systems already exist. Some need improving. Some still need to be built.


If you enjoy bringing structure to a slightly messy environment, improving processes, and taking responsibility for outcomes, this role will suit you.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


Own and manage the full recruitment pipeline:


• Review inbound candidates and move them through the process

• Run screening calls and first-round interviews

• Evaluate candidates and provide clear recommendations

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

• Keep our ATS (100Hires) fully organised and up to date


Strengthen and build pipelines when needed:


• Source candidates for key roles when quality or volume is low

• Build candidate pools for future hiring needs


Improve how recruitment operates:


• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the hiring process

• Improve workflows, structure, and candidate experience

• Help document and refine hiring playbooks over time


Support broader operations when needed:


• Assist with operational tasks during quieter hiring periods


What We’re Looking For


• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (not just assisting)

• Comfortable running interviews and making candidate evaluations

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant direction

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment


Experience with ATS platforms such as 100Hires, Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse is a strong advantage.
