Job Title: Recruiter – Tech & Non-Tech Hiring (Bangalore | Work From Home)

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Recruiter with strong experience across Tech, Non-Tech, Niche, Volume, and Specialized hiring. If you enjoy solving hiring challenges and working across diverse industries, this role will be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech & Non-Tech roles
Handle niche tech hiring (Product, Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
Manage non-niche and bulk tech hiring across multiple requirements
Lead Non-Tech hiring including Manufacturing, Pharma, Healthcare/Nurses, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.
Work on multiple mandates simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates independently
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and closures
Maintain updated candidate pipelines and MIS reports

Required Skills & Experience

2–7 years of experience in recruitment (agency background preferred)
Proven experience in: Tech hiring (niche + non-niche + bulk)
Non-tech hiring (manufacturing, pharma, nursing, operations, etc.)
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, etc.)
Strong experience in social media hiring (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Job Groups)
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong sourcing skills across job portals, networking, referrals, Boolean search, and passive sourcing
Ability to understand job descriptions, map markets, and build talent pipelines

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in contract staffing hiring
Knowledge of mass hiring drives and walk-ins
Understanding of GCC hiring (optional)
Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closure capabilities
