Role Description

This is a full-time, remote internship role for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter Intern, you will help support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. You will also assist in creating job descriptions, leveraging recruitment tools, and identifying new and innovative ways to attract talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial interviews
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate recruitment processes and maintain candidate data
Familiarity with creating job descriptions and utilizing recruitment tools effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
Passion for talent acquisition and interest in exploring innovative approaches to recruitment
