Position: Recruiter

Location: Nevada (Remote)

Pay: $70,000–$75,000/year + commission

Experience: Previous recruiting experience required.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing team!

Job Description:

Conduct heavy outbound sourcing and cold calling to identify qualified candidates.
Write and execute Boolean search strings to generate candidate pipelines.
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through the offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internal and client-facing roles.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.

Position Requirements:

Experience writing Boolean search code for candidate sourcing.
Ability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
