We are looking for a Project-Based Recruiter who can help us source, screen, and coordinate candidates for multiple key roles across departments.

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
Screen applicants
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and our leadership team

(8–10 roles total across Q1 and Q2)

Experience recruiting for managerial or specialist roles
Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn
Organized, proactive, and fast in communication
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Project-based mindset — focused on results and timelines
