This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Mindtel Global. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring pipeline for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The role also involves delivering a positive candidate experience and staying updated with industry trends to attract top talent.
- Recruitment and sourcing skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- A commitment to ensuring an excellent candidate experience and the ability to promote the company brand
- Proficiency in using online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for recruitment
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in sourcing talent in a global or diverse environment is preferred
