What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place candidates in admin, clerical, HR, professional staffing, accounting, finance, executive, and legal roles.
  • Client & Candidate Engagement: Build consultative relationships with hiring managers and professionals by understanding their needs, goals, and market landscape.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and your network to uncover high-quality talent across all verticals.
  • Process Management: Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through onboarding—ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and growth strategies within each vertical to provide strategic advice.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ Years Recruiting Experience: Proven success recruiting for one or more of these verticals—admin, clerical, HR, professional staffing, accounting, finance, executive, and ideally legal.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of role requirements, typical career paths, and compensation practices in your specialties.
  • Network & Sourcing Skills: Established pipeline of qualified candidates and mastery of digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).
  • Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to manage multiple searches autonomously.
  • Remote-Ready: Comfortable working 100% virtually with a highly flexible schedule.
