Recruiter (Argentina & U.S. Markets)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful Recruiter who can drive full-cycle hiring across both the Argentina and U.S. markets. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing experience, understands cultural and market nuances across regions, and can deliver high-quality talent for technical, managerial, and customer-facing roles.

This is a high-impact role that requires ownership, speed, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Recruit for roles across engineering, data, AI/ML, enablement, operations, product, and GTM teams.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for both Argentina and U.S. hiring needs.
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
  • Use advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, communities, referrals).
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and nurture long-term talent relationships.
  • Build talent maps for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles.
  • Set expectations on timelines, sourcing strategy, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide weekly status updates with pipeline metrics and insights.
Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a fast, transparent, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to offer.
  • Schedule interviews across time zones (U.S./LATAM).
  • Ensure all candidates feel informed, valued, and respected.
Process, Tools & Compliance
  • Manage applicants through ATS/CRM systems (Zoho, Greenhouse, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Ensure compliance with both U.S. and Argentina labor/employment standards.
  • Maintain structured interview guides and standardized evaluations.
QualificationsRequired
  • 3–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or digital services companies.
  • Experience recruiting in both Argentina and U.S. markets.
  • Strong command of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, GitHub, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above) and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
  • Experience hiring Data Engineers, AI/ML roles, Cloud Engineers, Full-stack Developers, or Enablement talent.
  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling company or consulting/SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. onboarding, compliance, and contractor vs. employee distinctions.
