Legal Soft recruits top international talent for U.S.-based law firms. Our clients are attorneys and law firms, and our product is our global workforce. As client expectations continue to rise, sourcing the perfect candidate often feels like searching for a unicorn. That’s why we’re looking for hungry, aggressive, roll-up-your-sleeves recruiters who are ready to hunt for these unicorn candidates.


This is a fully remote, 1099, commission-only role available exclusively to U.S. residents.

There is no base salary. Recruiters earn $400 per successful placement.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income with unlimited earning potential.

Headhunter Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Research and apply modern, effective sourcing strategies
  • Source qualified candidates through resume databases, portfolio sites, and other channels
  • Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Send outreach messages and job opportunities to potential candidates
  • Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to build candidate pipelines
  • Reach out to industry professionals for referrals
  • Maintain and organize candidate databases
  • Negotiate terms of engagement with potential hires
  • Prepare and present time-to-hire and recruitment performance reports
