Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Duties also include maintaining candidate databases, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting with onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s talent pool and supporting the growth of a high-performing team across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing techniques
  • Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and talent evaluation
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with recruiting for a variety of roles at different organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making in recruitment and HR reporting is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
