We are hiring a driven and experienced Real Estate Lead Manager with a strong background in real estate and cold calling.

This is a high-activity, high-performance role focused exclusively on generating qualified appointments through outbound calling. If you are competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated by results this opportunity is for you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified appointments through consistent outbound cold calling
  • Contact property owners using provided lead lists and databases
  • Follow up persistently until contact is made
  • Qualify prospects before scheduling appointments
  • Schedule confirmed appointments directly into the company calendar
  • Maintain accurate tracking in CRM and dialer systems
  • Meet or exceed daily call volume and appointment targets
  • Communicate appointment details clearly to the acquisitions team

Minimum Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1+ Year experience in real estate
  • 1+ year Proven high-volume cold calling experience
  • Comfortable handling objections confidently
  • Sales mindset: persuasive, confident, and results-driven
  • Experience using CRMs and dialers
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable with high daily call volume
  • Spoken English Fluency
  • Self-motivated and proactive (no micromanagement needed)
