Quality Strategist
The Quality Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide quality frameworks, standards, and performance initiatives. This role focuses on long-term quality strategy, process excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across products, services, and operational functions. The Quality Strategist collaborates with cross-functional leadership to ensure consistent quality performance, regulatory compliance, and measurable business impact in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organization-wide quality strategy and improvement initiatives
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Partner with operations, product, compliance, and leadership teams
- Design and implement quality assurance and control processes
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to quality standards
- Conduct audits, assessments, and performance evaluations
- Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational strategy
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards)
- Proven experience developing and tracking performance metrics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Masters degree (MBA or related field)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, technology)
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide quality systems
- Annual Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 USD, based on experience, and certifications.
