Quality Specialist

Role Purpose

The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of lead data and lead stage classification. The role focuses on technical quality checks, verification tasks and execution of assigned quality controls, rather than people management or strategic oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute technical quality tasks assigned by management related to lead data and workflows - regular/ad hock review and verification of the accuracy of lead stages in the Odoo system in accordance with approved definitions and internal policies (sales funnel) within deadlines;
  • Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies or errors and flag them for correction;
  • Maintain accurate records of checks performed and issues identified
  • Follow internal procedures, guidelines and instructions related to lead handling and quality assurance
  • Ensure that lead management practices align with approved sales and operational processes
  • Escalate recurring quality issues or systemic errors to management with supporting evidence
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on lead quality issues, trends and error rates
  • Communicate findings to the direct manager for corrective action
  • Track and follow up on previously identified quality findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Re-check corrected leads to confirm accuracy and closure of issues
  • Escalate overdue, repeated or unresolved quality issues to management with supporting evidence

  • Data Quality Control & Validation
  • Ability to review, verify, and ensure accuracy of lead data and stage classification
  • Odoo / CRM Systems Proficience
  • Experience working with Odoo and CRM systems for data review, updates, and tracking
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong ability to identify inconsistencies, errors and deviations from defined processes
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking
  • Ability to go beyond surface-level checks, identify patterns, root causes and systemic issues
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Ability to prepare structured reports on findings, trends and error rates
