Salesforce QA Engineer / Tester

Location: Remote (Tennessee-based candidates only)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and performance of its growing Salesforce implementation. You will play a critical role in validating system functionality, identifying issues early, and supporting smooth platform enhancements as part of the new internal Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans across multiple Salesforce modules.
• Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Leverage automation tools such as Selenium to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Track and manage defect resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Support high-quality and timely production releases by verifying environment readiness.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of QA experience, ideally with Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Jira).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
