Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Property Specialist at Avida Land Corp. The Property Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, fostering relationships with new and existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities also include conducting property viewings, advising clients on property options, and assisting with documentation and requirements related to property transactions. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and delivering solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, market research, and property marketing
Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently to achieve sales targets and adapt to a remote work environment
Knowledge of the real estate industry, including property laws, regulations, and market trends, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
