Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Project Specialist. The Project Specialist will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they meet deliverables and deadlines. Key responsibilities include managing communication with stakeholders, analyzing project workflows, providing customer service support, streamlining processes, and assisting with sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between artists, labels, and internal teams, contributing to the success of each project.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experienced in project management and managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and optimizing project workflows.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and experience in supporting sales initiatives is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in project management and communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for music and an understanding of the music industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
