The Opportunity

We’re in an exciting period of transition and rapid growth — moving from startup mode into a more structured, scalable business. To get there, we’re building a team of A+ players who want to take ownership, lean into responsibility, and have a direct impact on shaping the future of the company.

As our first Lead Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing structure and accountability across the organization. You’ll oversee a team of project managers, implement company-wide systems, and ensure that as we scale, our workflows stay clear, efficient, and effective. This is a chance to shape how we work, build processes that last, and directly influence the growth of a fast-moving, high-potential brand.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor four project managers across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.
  • Implement ClickUp as the central project management system and establish structured workflows for all teams.
  • Document recurring and one-off workflows, building a “no ticket, no work” system across the company.
  • Maintain accountability in meetings — take notes, question vague statements, prevent unresolved discussions, and ensure tasks are actionable with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Establish clear prioritization across projects to ensure resources are focused on the most impactful initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and marketing to connect daily workflows to higher-level business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, and procurement to address the complexities of a vertically integrated business with many SKUs.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into project status, bottlenecks, and team capacity through reporting and dashboards.
  • Build scalable systems that adapt as the company grows, including continuous process improvement.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment between PMs and team leads, building a culture of accountability while navigating change.
  • Drive adoption of new systems and processes by communicating benefits, training team members, and reinforcing accountability.
  • Establish KPIs to measure project management efficiency, workflow adoption, and delivery success.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in project management, with at least 3+ years leading teams.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce / DTC businesses with multiple SKUs and complex processes.
  • Experience working with Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify platforms.
  • Proven ability to implement project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Background in process improvement and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent people skills — able to build trust, coach, and hold teams accountable.
  • Comfortable building a department from scratch and introducing change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills — knows what requires a meeting, what belongs in Slack, and how to keep discussions moving toward resolution.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance daily execution with long-term business goals.
  • Experience in the nutrition, wellness, or CPG space is a strong asset.

Your First 90 Days

  • 30 Days: Learn the company, meet the team, and map existing workflows across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.
  • 60 Days: Implement ClickUp as the central system; establish consistent workflows and task management standards.
  • 90 Days: Roll out a “no ticket, no work” system and deliver measurable improvements in accountability, workflow efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.
