Role: Healthcare Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are looking for experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead key initiatives within our Insurance Division, driving end-to-end project delivery and agile transformation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, and experience managing complex cross-functional projects. Familiarity with Salesforce or Case Management and other CRM solutions might help but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple concurrent insurance-related IT projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Track and report project progress, risks, and issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to ensure team productivity and delivery.
Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Coordinate testing, change management, training, and deployment activities.
Ensure compliance with enterprise PMO standards and IT governance frameworks.
Support benefit realization analysis and post-project reviews.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Microsoft Project
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Network infrastructure and virtualization technologies

Project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello)

Project Manager- Healthcare/Good Waterfall Experience/PMP Must
