Project Manager
Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the telecom and network operations industry, is looking for a Senior IT NOC Project Manager to contribute to the enhancement and expansion of critical Network Operations Center (NOC) applications.
Position Summary: The Senior IT NOC Project Manager will play a pivotal role in an IT-led initiative to develop and enhance NOC applications, including alarming/monitoring systems and ticketing systems. The role will focus on the business side, coordinating requirements, supporting testing efforts, and acting as a liaison between four different NOCs that serve as key stakeholders. This position is fully remote, with CST as the ideal timezone, and may require some off-hours work around deployments. The goal for 2026 is to expand and mature existing applications, add functionality, and support broader program development.

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Telecom or network operations background (preferred)

- Coordinate requirements gathering and testing efforts for NOC application changes
- Act as a liaison between four different NOCs and key stakeholders
- Report progress and updates to overall program leadership and IT teams
- Collaborate with IT to expand and mature existing NOC applications
- Support the development of alarming/monitoring and ticketing systems to meet 2026 goals
