What You’ll Be Doing

Take ownership of scope, timelines, and budgets — and keep delivery aligned to all three
Lead sprint planning and manage end-to-end delivery across design, dev, and QA
Keep Azure DevOps, or similar tools structured, up to date, and team-friendly
Align cross-functional teams and maintain momentum through clear, proactive coordination
Anticipate risks and remove blockers before they impact timelines
Keep stakeholders informed — with honest, timely updates on progress, pivots, and outcomes
Make sure we’re not just shipping fast, but delivering the right things that move the product forward

Who You Are

2–4 years leading end-to-end delivery of digital products or software projects (excluding internships)
Take full ownership of scope, timelines, and execution — you lead from the front and take responsibility for outcomes
Confident working with Agile, or hybrid models — and applying what fits best for the team
A sensible decision-maker who balances speed with quality, and short-term wins with long-term value
Clear, composed communicator — across async updates, live calls, and stakeholder reporting
Comfortable leading cross-functional, remote teams with clarity and structure
Skilled with tools like Azure DevOps— not just using them, but driving processes through them
Seen as the anchor of the team — keeping everyone aligned, focused, and moving forward
