Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and technically fluent Head of #ProjectManagement to lead and coordinate complex projects across global teams. This leadership role requires close collaboration with technical developers and ERP consultants, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of e-invoicing solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid background in project management, strong development knowledge, and proficiency in either Python or JavaScript.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project management across global implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams and ERP consultants to align project goals and timelines.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication within cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Experience managing global teams and large-scale technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and integration workflows.
  • Solid technical foundation with development experience or strong knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Candidates from #Kerala are highly preferred.
