Project Manager

  • Role: Project Manager
  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: ASAP (targeting early August)
  • Pay Rate: $40/hourly on W2


Core Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end web/digital projects (e.g., web pages, forms, blogs, campaigns).
  2. Project intake & tracking: Validate requirements, flag gaps, ensure projects stay on schedule using existing Slack processes.
  3. Coordination: Partner with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), creative teams, copywriters, and UX PMs.
  4. Process improvement: Optimize workflows where possible.


Candidate Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Project Management Experience: 2–6 years (coordinator or PM roles accepted).
  • Communication Skills: Proactive stakeholder engagement, clarity in Slack/meetings.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Digital/Web Background: Understanding of web development workflows (e.g., WordPress, CMS tools).
  • Tech Industry Experience: Fast-paced environment familiarity (B2B/B2C/nonprofit all acceptable)

Team & Work Environment

  • Workload: 2–10 web updates/projects weekly (small pages → complex launches).
  • Collaboration: Close partnership with hiring manager (Manny) and creative PM.


  • Target Profile: Mid-level PM with web exposure, collaborative, and process-oriented.
