About the Role

As our Remote Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of internal and external projects. You’ll work closely with product, operations, marketing, engineering, and recruiting teams to ensure timelines, goals, and deliverables are aligned across the board. You’re someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and adapt to shifting demands—all while keeping projects on track and stakeholders in the loop.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, identify dependencies, and manage resources accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating smooth communication, removing roadblocks, and ensuring accountability.
  • Track milestones and progress; provide clear and consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned to future projects.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization across departments.
  • Help coordinate healthcare client onboarding, platform enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Bring an organized, proactive, and people-first approach to managing both strategic and day-to-day tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in tech, healthcare, or startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or similar project methodologies.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can easily connect with technical and non-technical teams alike.
  • A natural problem-solver who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining clarity and focus.
  • Experience working remotely and cross-functionally across distributed teams.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required.
