This is a part-time, remote role for a Senior Manager, Design. The Senior Manager, Design will oversee and manage design projects related to music content and branding. Key responsibilities include developing innovative design strategies, leading a creative team, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering visual assets for multiple platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and execute creative design solutions in alignment with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in visual and graphic design, including fluency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Leadership and project management skills with experience in mentoring creative teams and managing design projects.
- Knowledge and experience in branding, digital content creation, and design strategy to execute innovative ideas effectively.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with the music and entertainment industry is a strong asset.
