Project Coordinator (Contract) Location: Remote (EST hours preferred; proximity to Carlisle, PA; Quincy, MA; Scarborough, ME; Landover, MD; or Salisbury, NC is a plus)
Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Private Brands Fresh team in managing product development and maintenance projects. This role will play a key part in coordinating workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication across internal teams and external supplier partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain project workflows for Private Brand product development initiatives
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Excel and SharePoint tools
Communicate project updates and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Create and maintain project documentation, including assortment lists and product assets
Support reporting on project status, risks, and deadlines for leadership review
Ensure all project tasks are completed and properly documented prior to workflow closure
Assist with ongoing portfolio management for existing and new product initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., tracking, basic formulas, data organization)
Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills (Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to retail, grocery, CPG, or product development environments
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

Work Environment & Reporting:

This position reports to the Director of Private Brands Fresh, with day-to-day guidance from Category Development Managers. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers in a fully remote environment.
