Pioneer Architecture is a Frisco, TX–based firm exclusively focused on Logistics Architecture — distribution, warehouse, and outdoor storage facilities across 12 states.


We are seeking a Project Coordinator with an architectural background to support active projects nationwide.


This is a remote position with real responsibility and direct exposure to project execution.

In Architecture, speed without precision is failure.


What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the Project Manager to maintain drawing consistency and document quality

• Coordinate structural, civil, and MEP consultants

• Track deliverables and milestone deadlines

• Help ensure documents are field-ready before issuance

• Support communication between ownership, contractor, and design team

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Architecture

• Logistics, warehouse, or distribution project experience receives strong consideration

• Revit proficiency preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely


If logistics experience is missing but the fundamentals and work ethic are strong, we are willing to train the right individual.
