Position: Program Manager Intern

About the Opportunity

AutonoPros runs multiple AI, automation, and digital transformation projects across different teams.

As a Program Manager Intern, you will help coordinate these projects, track progress, and ensure everything aligns with the company’s goals.

If you enjoy planning, organizing, communicating, and seeing projects come to life, this role gives you real hands-on experience with program coordination, cross-team management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination (Primary Role):

• Support in planning and structuring program timelines

• Track progress across multiple projects and teams

• Maintain program dashboards and status reports

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and weekly updates

• Identify delays, risks, or blockers and escalate when needed

• Ensure alignment between teams (tech, design, HR, leadership)

Process & Documentation (Secondary Role):

• Document progress, workflows, and decisions

• Prepare presentations, reports, and review summaries

• Assist in refining internal processes and frameworks

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates interested in program/project management

• Strong communication, coordination & organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Interest in tech, automation, and startup workflows

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc.)

• Basic understanding of how cross-functional teams work

• Comfortable with documentation and data tracking

• Leadership or team management experience (even in college projects)
