You will orchestrate end-to-end event experiences, manage affiliate marketing initiatives for major nonprofit organizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that build pipeline and drive revenue. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder communication. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on independent work, enjoys travel to support onsite events, and is passionate about leveraging marketing strategies to create meaningful connections between technology solutions and mission-driven organizations.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive logistics for in-person events including sponsorship contracts, speaker coordination, field updates, event production, shipping, invoicing, and post-event reporting
- Manage third-party vendor teams, speaker arrangements, team registrations, and event deliverables to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare event materials including bios, session descriptions, headshots, calendar holds, and rehearsal calls
- Maintain detailed workback schedules and standard communication workflows across all event types to ensure timely task completion
- Travel to events as needed to staff onsite operations and manage logistics while supporting field teams
- Interface with marketing, demand generation, and coordinator teams to align event messaging, registration processes, and calendaring
- Execute follow-up activities for all events including lead uploads and customer nurture campaigns
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to drive event registrations and engagement
- Analyze event and marketing data to generate actionable insights and measure campaign effectiveness
- Track results from programs and events, maintain affiliate tracker systems, and assist with monthly reporting on affiliate programs and events
- Monitor and maintain event budgets, collaboration sites, tracking systems, and internal/external calendars and websites
- Support content creation, digital marketing, social marketing, and other marketing activities to amplify programs and strengthen brand presence
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing, event management, or related work experience
- Demonstrated experience owning internal or external event strategy and execution, including in-person event booth management and online/virtual events
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive connected marketing and sales funnels
- Experience working with demand generation marketing tools
- Experience working with nonprofit or NGO organizations is ideal but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field also acceptable
- Program and project management with minimum 5 years of experience
- Marketing and event management with minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency with reporting tools and collaboration platforms with minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking combined with effective execution abilities
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 7 months
- Pay Range*: $62 - $70.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
