Role Description

This is a remote role for a full-time Professional Sales Specialist. The position involves identifying and approaching potential customers, maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base, and building strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, developing business plans, providing product training to clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires consistent engagement with customers to provide solutions tailored to their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Business Planning skills to develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Experience in Training clients on product usage and benefits
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an asset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Knowledge of the chemical, cleaning, or sanitation industry is a must
