Odys is an online scheduling and client management platform built for service professionals. We automate bookings, confirmations, and customer communication via WhatsApp and email to reduce no-shows and save time. Our goal is to help freelancers and small businesses run their operations more efficiently.


Role Description

We are looking for a Product Tester / QA to thoroughly test our platform and ensure everything works reliably before scaling.

Your main responsibility is simple: test the product thoroughly, identify issues, and ensure everything works as expected.

You will test all features end-to-end, simulate real user behavior, and report bugs clearly and objectively.


Responsibilities

  • Test all platform functionalities (booking flow, notifications, dashboard, etc.)
  • Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases
  • Reproduce issues and document steps clearly
  • Validate fixes after they are implemented
  • Think like a real user and challenge the system
  • Provide structured feedback to improve usability and reliability


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
  • Logical thinking and curiosity to explore edge cases
  • Ability to clearly describe problems (written English)
  • Basic understanding of web applications (no need to be senior)
  • Experience with QA/testing is a plus, but not mandatory


Nice to Have

  • Experience testing SaaS products
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar
  • Basic understanding of APIs (optional)
