Product Specialist - E-Commerce


We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms (eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, etc.). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and listing optimization to drive traffic, visibility, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write compelling, keyword-optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
  • Ensure all product information, pricing, and inventory are accurate and consistently updated.
  • Perform keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Optimize listings for SEO, discoverability, and sales performance.
  • Upload images and videos according to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and BSR (Best Seller Rank).
  • Identify and resolve listing issues such as suppressed listings, policy violations, or customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align listings with brand voice and strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and keyword opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in marketplace policies, algorithm updates, and listing requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce product listing, particularly on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing policies, and marketplace algorithms
  • Experience using listing and keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, SellerApp, Keepa, DataHawk)
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and content management systems
  • Excellent written English with attention to grammar, clarity, and conversion-focused messaging
  • Ability to handle large volumes of SKUs with accuracy and consistency
  • Familiarity with image editing tools or basic graphic design is a plus
  • Experience with FBA/FBM listing requirements is a bonus


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic HTML knowledge for formatting product description
  • Experience with international marketplaces (Amazon UK, DE, etc.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concept
