Leading Insurance Company is hiring Product Owners to support strategic Agile delivery across insurance and digital product teams. This is a high-impact, customer-centric role responsible for translating business needs into technical execution, working across squads to deliver solutions using platforms such as Guidewire or Duck Creek.


βœ… Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with customer and business value.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within Agile teams; define epics, features, and user stories.
  • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, engineers, and other Product Owners to align on priorities.
  • Drive the delivery of business value through product roadmap execution and performance KPIs.
  • Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Maintain product health by balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution.
  • Conduct market analysis, usability testing, and customer-driven design research to guide decisions.

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner; 7+ years total in business, consulting, or technology roles.
  • Experience working in insurance, preferably with platforms like Guidewire or Duck Creek.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and teams in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required.
