What You’ll Own & Deliver

1. Own the Product Story & Positioning

  • Craft compelling, clear, and differentiated product messaging that resonates with diverse audiences—from healthcare professionals to everyday women.
  • Translate complex technical features into simple, powerful benefits that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Continuously refine positioning based on market feedback and competitive landscape.


2. Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Design and execute high-impact GTM plans for new features, product launches, and market expansions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure flawless execution and alignment.
  • Own launch communications, collateral, and training materials.


3. Drive Growth & User Acquisition

  • Build and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns (digital ads, referral programs, influencer partnerships, content marketing).
  • Experiment relentlessly with growth hacks, viral loops, and data-driven optimizations to accelerate user acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and user behavior to identify and fix growth bottlenecks.


4. Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and secure partnerships with clinics, NGOs, employers, and other ecosystem players that amplify reach and impact.
  • Develop co-branded campaigns, joint initiatives, and partnership frameworks that create win-win value.
  • Manage partner relationships and measure partnership ROI.


5. Be the Voice of the Customer & Market

  • Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Advocate for user needs and insights within the company to shape product roadmap and priorities.


6. Collaborate Closely with Product & Engineering

  • Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and limitations.
  • Help prioritize features and improvements based on market demand and growth potential.
  • Support technical enablement for sales and marketing teams.


7. Own Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, growth KPIs, and partnership success.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership regularly.


Who You Are

  • A hands-on product marketer with 4+ years of experience driving growth, GTM, and partnerships in tech or healthtech startups.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude: you can understand product features and translate them into customer value.
  • Data-driven and obsessed with metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • A storyteller who can craft compelling narratives that inspire action.
  • Experienced in digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and growth tactics.
  • Skilled at building and managing partnerships that move the needle.
  • Passionate about women’s health, social impact, or emerging markets is a big plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and ready to make a tangible impact from day one.
