Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Product Manager at Echolift. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product development and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating user-focused solutions. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product requirements, managing timelines, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring product success aligned with Echolift’s mission. The role also involves continuous improvement of existing products and exploring innovative opportunities to enhance the impact of our initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Product Development, Product Roadmapping, and Agile Methodologies
  • Experience in Team Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Coordination
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and User Experience (UX) Design
  • Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Strategic Thinking, and Decision-Making
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for social impact and creating positive change through technology
  • Prior experience in product management or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
