Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager Intern to join our remote team, supporting the development of innovative digital health products that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical teams, and design, to contribute to product development, research, and execution in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Strategy: Assist in developing product roadmaps by conducting research and analyzing data to align with HCA Healthcare’s mission.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with mentors to collect feedback from stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, patients) and perform market research to identify opportunities for digital health solutions.
- Documentation & Planning: Help create user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria under the guidance of senior Product Managers.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with remote engineering, design, and clinical teams using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to support product development tasks.
- Product Launch Assistance: Contribute to go-to-market strategies by assisting with documentation, testing, and coordination with marketing and clinical operations teams.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on product performance using analytics tools, providing insights to improve user experience and functionality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in virtual meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Teams, or Slack) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage time efficiently in a remote-first environment.
