We’re looking for a proactive Product Analyst / BA with strong Azure DevOps experience to join our CX team. If you’re comfortable owning the backlog, writing user stories, and working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams and vendors—this role is for you!

Agile / Scrum experience
Strong communication & stakeholder management

Web application experience
Communication systems (alerts, notifications, TCPA)
