Required Skills

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • 3 years of Procurement experience
  • Experience or knowledge with Workday Procurement or similar systems
  • Proven ability to triage requests efficiently and handle low-risk, low-dollar contracts
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards
  • Capable of collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Legal, and Business units
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus

Nice To Have Skills

  • Basic negotiation skills and experience with contracting
  • Knowledge of MSP (external workforce management) programs
  • Experience with Workday or similar procurement systems
  • Prior exposure to invoice reconciliation and procurement-related issue resolution
